This excellent product fits over any 12 inch bucket. It comes in two parts, the base ring which snaps and seals permanently on to the bucket rim (using a high quality o-ring seal), and the screw in lid which quickly threads on or off of the base ring, also sealing tight with an o-ring seal. You can open and close the lid as many times as you like. Use these lids for the buckets you are going to keep your day to day food in. The regular gasketed lids we sell with the buckets are fine for your long term storage.
